Barneveld Loses To Phil Taylor Again

The match was pretty close till Phil was only leading by two legs (11-9) but after that Phil just cruises past the Dutch master Raymond van Barneveld to win hsi 11th Matchplay crown and also his third title in a row at Blackpool. Three in a row and 11th Match play title is an amazing achievement but not as good as his so many World championship and he still wants to keep winning. He said he will continue to try and win every championship he plays in.

 

Barneveld did fought back to make the match more interesting when it was 11-9 but then Phil just got up another gear and won the match by 18-12, it was a great performance. This man seems to produce the goods when needed. To be fair Barneveld did not play badly at all it was just Taylor was awesome once again.

 

The 49 year old maestro has now won this crown three years in a won and don’t think he will stop anytime soon. Later after the match he said its not about how many times I win it, its about everytime I win it feels great holding this trophy in my hand. Seems like there is plenty more hunger in his belly and he is going to win some more tournaments. All the guy is trying to say is he will try and keep winning and his opponents will have to improve vastly to beat him or wait till he retires.

 

Taylor most certainly way ahead everyone else at the current time. Also when he is on form it is tough to beat him. Raymond van Barneveld is the world number two and Phil certainly beat him with ease.

I organise dart championship within a cruise ship from Regent cruises and Holland America cruises for last ten years. I certainly cannot play like Phil or any of the profession but I sure love watching .

Many men feel that travelling away on one of those Caribbean spa holidays is something that only homosexual men should be taking part in and I do not agree with this at all. this is certainly an old way of thinking and men should always feel more than comfortable going on something like a spa break. It is much better to get laughed at by your friends for a few days than sitting there for months, possibly years, with a bad back. the of yourself is far more important than anyone else and your friends will know this when it happens to them!

 

Unable To Admit To Having A Problem

it is safe to say that men do not actually like admitting that they have a problem and this is a massive issue because a lot of the time they can have something wrong with them that is pretty serious and it needs to be tackled. If you have a back ache you should not just leave it. do not rely on the girlfriend to okay it off, get to someone that knows what they are talking about! If you really then wanted to you could get out on one of those Singapore spa holidays as this would really help to relax you.

 

All in all, do not think that because you are male that a spa treatment is not for you, you would be very wrong indeed!

If you lost some weight on your detox, you should be careful about your expectations after you come off of the detox. If you go back to eating exactly what you were eating before, you will mostly likely regain the weight. In order for a person to get fit and trim and stay that way they have to watch what they eat every day and get regular physical activity. Yoga Everyday Poses To Relieve Your Stress

· Chest expansion. This can be done both in a sitting or standing position with a perfect posture. Position your hands at your back and interconnect your hands. Pull your arms from the body, then also pull your shoulder down and straight back. You need to open your chest center and deeply breathe into your lungs. Do this for at least 5 minutes and it is important to exhale after every pose. Do this routine any time during the day. This routine will improve your breathing, will help you age well and it will boost your mood.

· Knees to chest. To start with this routine, you need to lie down, put your knees to your chest, while holding back your knees, slowly swing from 1 side to the other side. This can cure your stomach ache, anxiety and relieve stress.

· Spinal Twist in a lying position. Press your knees to your chest. Left knee needs to be stretched out while right knee in a stationary position. Repeat the process on the other side. Before changing your position, count 1 to 10. Be relax while doing this routine and avoid pressuring your muscles just to be able to change your poses. This is best done after a regular exercise and this will treat pains in your lower back.

· Spinal Twist in a sitting position. Same with the second pose but instead of lying down, you will do this while sitting. Correct breathing exercise for this routine is to inhale while lifting out lower back, then exhale while twisting over your shoulder. This exercise can enhance your internal organ and digestive functions.

· Inversions. This routine involves both headstands and shoulder stands. Commonly this routine is called the bicycle exercise. Position your knees to your chest, support your lower back by your hands and lift legs to do a circular motion. Focus on your leg muscles and concentrate on your core. Avoid looking around and put your neck in a steady position.
