Ok, I admit it. I’m a fair weather hiker. Walking in rain or snow has no charm for me. I wish to be cozy and warm. There isn’t anything worse that sopping wet feet. It makes you’re feeling cold all over, so employing a treadmill is my choice during bad weather. Some you walk rain or shine and there are waterproof walking shoes to keep your feet dry while you walk. I admire your resolve, but I’m staying inside.

Folks who work outdoors will find that water-proof shoes and boots are a vital part of their show wardrobe. The eager outdoorsmen among you may also think highly of a shoe that may keep their feet dry and comfy. Before we lived here in the frozen Northeast, I worked outdoors and found my waterproof duck shoes to be useful.
Seriously, if you live in a particularly rainy or snowy climate, invest in some waterproof walking shoes. Your feet will thank you. You can slop around in puddles and snow banks to your heart’s content. I’ll be in the house, warm and dry.

Weight Loss From Walking

Keep them in your hands as you walk and move your arms backwards and forwards in your steps. Adding weight will also help tone your arms an additional perk!
If youre walking outdoors, perhaps in your area, take along a walk-man and play some optimistic music to keep you walking. Not only is it entertaining, it keeps you going as well!
