Reasons For Anxiety Attacks - What Causes An Anxiety Attack

So, what are the factors behind attacks?  Well, there is no definite answer for everybody.  The causes vary from person to person and it relies on the situation.  So, what I’m going to do is share with you the factors behind attacks.  That way, if you’ve got an attack, you will know precisely what to do. 

The causes of attacks are :

1.  Fears.  Someone, if exposed to something that they are afraid of, will naturally have an attack.  An example would be if you are frightened of public speaking. 

2.  Hyperventilation syndrome.  This is another cause of .  Hyperventilation syndrome is triggered when you breath through your mouth.  When you do this for an exceedingly long time, your pulse rate increases, which triggers lightheadedness.  And eventually it will trigger an attack. 

3.  Medications.  Using mood depressants unduly, you might be causing an attack.  Taking too many anti-depressant tablets has side-effects.  And that side effect is an attack.  Try not to take plenty of anti-depressant drugs. 

4.  Heredity.  If one of the members of your family has a record of attacks or , there’s a possibility that you’ll have this disorder too. 

5.  Short term causes.  When something dramatic happens in your life, for example somebody close to you dying, it may trigger an attack.  If you’re having emotional Problems, make sure you don’t intake too much caffeine.  It might lead you to have an attack. 

6.  Environment.  Another reason for attacks is due to the environment.  It might be from the humid or hot atmosphere.  Or it might be from you being around too many people.  Some folks can’t deal with being around a lot of folks for long period of time. 

These are some causes of attacks.  If you have these signs, you need to do something about it.  Waiting to stop your attack might be fatal.
