Learn How To Turn Your Negatives Into Positives

I was always somebody who had many issues as I grew up, from a child, through to adulthood. I firmly believed that I had been dealt a very bad hand of cards and I often became rather down in the dumps. The issues that I had in my life were:

A bald patch the size of a ten pence piece on my head

A problem with my speech known as a stuttering

A , I was quite for my height

I am quite short for a male at five-foot-four

Certain people would take the mickey out of me, and their comments would hurt. I made sure that the people around me could not see the amount they were hurting me but inside I was full of anger and frustration.

I could not live life this indefinitely and aged 22 I decided to fight back. My quest for a better life began with me reading a lot of literature to do with how to gain and how to increase . I was eager to as I wanted to run by own selling external doors. I had spent far too long offering advice with regards to flyer printing and needed a change.

These were the things I had to take on board:

It is not important what other people think of you, it is what you think that counts

You need to start to like yourself

There are various things about your person, you do not like but which you can not change. It is basically a matter of knowing that there are many other people from all over the world who would love to swap into your shoes; you may think that you are rather unlucky but the truth of the matter is that you are in fact one of the lucky ones.

You need to have respect for yourself

Do not accept second best in life

Be happy

Learn to relax

Treat yourself to some pleasures. This could be some form of massage, aromatherapy or reflexology.

The above tips helped me to become more positive and happier in life.

How To Stop Stressing

Up until a few years ago many of my friends and family used to call me “a stress head”. Why you may well be thinking? Well quite simply because I seemingly stressed about anything and everything.

So what was the cause of all of this stress? I suppose if I am truthful the majority of my problems at the time came about due to the fact that I had a stutter. This had developed when I was at the age of four. As you may well imagine it is something that destroyed my overall levels. Therapy for stuttering, at the time, was less than impressive which did not exactly help the situation.

My low had a bad affect on many areas of my life, not just my speech. I would worry about what other people thought of me, I would stress about my height and my weight. I was so desperate, for whatever reason, for people to like me. Looking back it all just sounds so crazy but it was like I was being controlled by some demonic force. It even affected my career which is within the independent fostering services industry.

The turning point came as I entered into my twenties; it was time for a change and a big one at that. I could no longer live in this way – there surely had to be more to life than this.

I was soon to realise that I was the only person who was going to sort my life out.

I started to work very hard at learning how to increase for example. I watched the way in which great fluent talkers spoke and tried to compare it with the way that I spoke. I hoped this would result in me finding the solution to my problem.

Progress was far from quick however after around a year of battling against my demons I did manage to overcome the stutter and I did manage to discover ways to stop me – it is all about attitude and the way we approach life – and believe in yourself!

How To Increase Self-Esteem

So you are looking into ways and techniques to enable you to gain and increase self-esteem. Well guess what? You have come to the right place as in this article I will be providing free tips and advice about this very subject, I hope you enjoy the read.

I spent the first twenty-two years of my life having to cope with a stuttering problem. This as you may imagine had a major, negative, impact on my overall and self-. I was constantly accepting second best in life and was often in a depressed state of mind. I was less than impressed with the hand of cards that I had been dealt and was full of self pity. I believed, in my negative way, that I would struggle at the dating game, I would struggle to forge a successful career and that I would therefore have a rather unhappy future. What was the point? Where was the hope? Why should I get out of bed in the morning? These were questions that I asked myself on a regular basis. I became in a form of rut and could see no way out.

It was not until my early twenties that I was to emerge out of this negativity. No longer was I going to accept second best, no longer was I going to be a depressive, no longer was I going to fear social situations and no longer was I going to be a loner.

So how did I manage to gain this new found sense of ? Well alcohol of all things is the answer to this question. Ever since I had become a young adult, aged 16 or 17, I had been drinking rather too much alcohol. When intoxicated I could speak as fluently as the next man, I was happy, I was fearless, I was confident and I was care-free. Now do not worry the solution to your and issues is not to become drunk every night but what had this experience with alcohol taught me? Well quite simply it showed me that I was able to speak fluently and that I could be happy.

I just had to live life when sober as I did when I was drink. For example I had to learn to be far more positive, far more care-free and far more stress-free. I am a decent human being, I am kind and I am honest.

I have also now realised that I have actually been dealt a very good hand of cards, I am one of life’s lucky ones. I am sure looking to the future!

I hope that my new found will enable me to be able to help more people to learn how to play the guitar, this is something that is very important to me as it is a great instrument to play. I have now even started to offer training for foster carers.

Positivity is the Key to Self Beauty

My friend used to tickle me and told me that I can no longer be as beautiful as when I never had the habit of drinking soft drinks or what we call the carbonated drinks. I said to her before that it is alright, but as time passed by, I thought it was no longer right. That is the reason why I opt to look for some exercising equipments, and that destiny led me to a particular shop where lots of were being displayed. But one thing captivated my senses, and that is this chair-like exercising which I found out to be so cute. Then I asked the assigned employee there as to the procedure of using it.

It is just so easy to use, right? You can very well use it. Then afterwards, I just bought one for me. It truly helped me, and would you like to know it? Nothing else but the ab rocket. Now, I can say that my life now is a mixture of love, happiness, enjoy and living my life to the fullest. And that is due to my ab fitness equipment , with the inclusion of the one mentioned in the foregoing a while ago.

While I go to the gym everyday, I always see to it that there is one abdominal machine and a small exercise ball to workout with because these are important factors for me. These fitness objects are really great because they help me to perform my stomach flattening exercises in a comfortable manner. It somehow gave me peace of mind and happiness that someone in the past who really made me hurt, will now learn his lesson. It is his fault of hurting me so bad.

When I got home, I somehow told myself that I will share it to someone else for me to be of good example to my fellow friends. And it started at home, when my mom really got so because of her office work, which calls her to sit down always. After some weeks of using it, her body now becomes as beautiful as before. We are now happy together with my mom. LOL!
