Best Way To Lose Body Fat. Period
Have you been searching for the best way to lose body fat? Let’s start with my story.
I had become despondent with my weight, the way I looked and my self-confidence. My relationships with my friends and family were also affected
To lose that excess 40lbs of fat was a life changer for me - I had renewed energy, drive and self-belief.
Now what I am going to share with you is no guarantee. I simply don’t know if you are going to take action and follow through to completion. That is up to you, not me.
My role is to provide you with the support and the strategies that I followed to create my lean body - possibly it’s the best way to lose body fat.
So here are 5 simple steps that could help you if you are over-fat, frustrated with your previous fat loss attempts and are struggling to gain momentum in the daily struggle to burn fat fast:
1. You must have absolute certainty that you need to change. If you don’t have absolute certainty, you won’t follow through. It can’t be a half-baked idea, “oh, it’s about time I lost some weight”. That’s not enough. It needs to be more committed and explicit than that. You need 100% certainty.
2. You need goals and a plan to achieve them - failing to plan is planning to fail. You need to define what the end game is and how you are going to get there. You need to find out the the best way to lose body fat. How much weight do you want to lose? By when do you want to lose it? Your goals need to be realistic but also have stretch applied to them. If you need to eliminate a huge amount of fat then you will need to break your long term goal into smaller goals. These goals will be more achievable and demonstrate that you are making progress.
3. “Success is a few simple disciplines practised every day”. This is a great quote from the late and great Jim Rohn. To eat healthily and to eat excercise regularly you need to develop great habits and apply daily consistency. Without the consistency – which is achieved through having absolute certainty that you will achieve your goals – you will quickly revert back to your bad habits. This is not the best to way to lose body fat. To create a great habit takes some time and effort. Don’t expect overnight success. You may fall ‘off the wagon’ once or twice. The key is not to despair. Understand what you are trying to achieve and why – regroup, refocus and get back to applying consistency to your daily routine.
4. Eating healthy foods is the best way to burn fat fast. Eating healthily should mean eating balanced meals with complex carbohydrates, lean protein and healthy fats. Don’t forget the vegetables and fruit too. Portion sizes should be kept to small sizes and eat 5-6 meals per day. Restricting calorie intake is counter-productive. Restrictive diets slow down your body’s metabolism causing you to store fat rather than burn it! Eating small portions often will help keep your metabolism elevated – ideal for fat burning.
5. You need to get active 3-4 times a week. Now this doesn’t mean gonig through the motions on a treadmill for 30 minutes or more. That’s not the best way to lose body fat. I am strong advocate of high intensity training whether it is resistance training or interval training. Allow me to explain what I mean. High intensity workouts allow you to train for much shorter periods (less than 30 minutes), but also keep your metaolism raised for up to 48 hours after completing the session. In addition, resistance training creates muscle. This not only makes you look great, but also raises your metabolism at rest. The bottom line is that more muscle means more calories burned whilst resting. It’s the best way to lose body fat.
That’s it - the best way to lose body fat in 5 simple steps. Now it’s up to you. You have a simple choice ahead of you. Are you committed to change or are you going to do the same things as you have always done?
May be the decision itself is easy.
It’s what you do next that is may be a little more intimidating.
But it shouldn’t be. In reality, there is little pain or loss associated with losing weight. In fact may be you should turn away from the what you are ‘giving up’ or sacrificing to what you are moving towards.

You may have heard of the word metabolism, but it may be a little confusing to you. You may know that there is a link between your metabolism and your weight, but you don’t understand how.

Fat loss pills help reduce body fat. I have one thing to say about fat loss pills; don’t waste your money. They are garbage and can have nasty side-effects. Do you think this is the best way to lose body fat?
Fat Loss Myth Number 3:
Cardio is the best workout to lose weight. Not only is spending 30 minutes or more on a treadmill somewhat boring, it doesn’t help you burn fat over the long term. Don’t get me wrong, you burn some fat during the cardio workout itself, but as soon as you stop, your metabolism quickly reverts back to the original level. In fact your body quickly becomes conditioned to this type of exercise. Do you think this is the best way to lose body fat?
You now know what you shouldn’t do in pursuit of your lean body.
Instead let’s look at my recommendations below to help increase your metabolism for prolonged periods. This is the best way to lose body fat.
Fat Loss Fact Number 1:
To ensure your metabolism remains elevated at all times you should eat 5-6 meals evenly spaced apart throughout the day. Every meal should include complex carbohydrates, lean protein and a healthy fat. Remember to stock up on plenty of fruit and vegetables also. Eating in this manner will provide you with a constant source of energy and stop you feeling hungry throughout the day.
Fat Loss Fact Number 2:
You increase your resting metabolism by increasing your muscle mass. Did that make you take note? Quite simply that means that if you create muscle you will burn more calories whilst doing nothing. The best way to create muscle is to do resistance training workouts. It is possible to use basic equipment (barbells, dumbbells, etc) or even your own bodyweight as resistance. ‘Metabolism’ is a word that I am sure you have heard of, but may be a little confused by it. May be it’s a word that you don’t really understand, but you know that a higher metabolism helps you lose weight.
There’s a lot of information out there, so let’s start by clarifying what metabolism actually is.

It can’t be a half-baked idea, “oh, it’s about time I lost some weight”. It will just not be sufficent. It needs to be more committed and explicit than that. 2. Without goals and a plan to achieve them is a recipe for failure. You need to understand where you are going. You need to know the best way to lose body fat for you. How much fat do you want to get rid of? Do you have a deadline by when you want to lose it? Your goals need to be stretchy but they also need to be realistic. If you need to eliminate a huge amount of fat then you will need to break your long term goal into smaller goals. These goals will be more achievable and demonstrate that you are making progress.

How To Burn Fat Fast
So many people seek ways to burn fat fast, but only a few can really claim victory against the extra pounds. Chances are to be rid of the extra pounds efficiently and in a short period of time, if you don’t suffer from obesity already, and if you don’t have a health problem that has overweight as a main symptom.
Drink plenty of water!
Water helps you burn fat fast by flushing the toxins out of the system, and optimizing the functions of the organs. Overweight people often suffer from constipation too, for the very reason that their digestion is slowed down.
