Yoga Everyday Poses To Relieve Your Stress

There are several yoga poses to choose from to be stress free. Find our the most frequently used yoga poses.

· Chest expansion. This can be done both in a sitting or standing position with a perfect posture. Position your hands at your back and interconnect your hands. Pull your arms from the body, then also pull your shoulder down and straight back. You need to open your chest center and deeply breathe into your lungs. Do this for at least 5 minutes and it is important to exhale after every pose. Do this routine any time during the day. This routine will improve your breathing, will help you age well and it will boost your mood.

· Knees to chest. To start with this routine, you need to lie down, put your knees to your chest, while holding back your knees, slowly swing from 1 side to the other side. This can cure your stomach ache, anxiety and relieve stress.

· Spinal Twist in a lying position. Press your knees to your chest. Left knee needs to be stretched out while right knee in a stationary position. Repeat the process on the other side. Before changing your position, count 1 to 10. Be relax while doing this routine and avoid pressuring your muscles just to be able to change your poses. This is best done after a regular exercise and this will treat pains in your lower back.

· Spinal Twist in a sitting position. Same with the second pose but instead of lying down, you will do this while sitting. Correct breathing exercise for this routine is to inhale while lifting out lower back, then exhale while twisting over your shoulder. This exercise can enhance your internal organ and digestive functions.

· Inversions. This routine involves both headstands and shoulder stands. Commonly this routine is called the bicycle exercise. Position your knees to your chest, support your lower back by your hands and lift legs to do a circular motion. Focus on your leg muscles and concentrate on your core. Avoid looking around and put your neck in a steady position.
