Lose Weight with Exercise Videos Anytime
If you are serious about loosing weight, you may want to consider using exercise videos. What could be better than loosing weight without leaving the house? And is it just me or does it seem like most gyms offer the classes that I want when I can’t get there?

If you’re new to exercise and get a bit tired, you can just pause the workout (or rewind it to figure out the fancy footwork.) You get to “mix and match” your workouts, one day a little Kickboxing and Yoga, the next day Cardio Dance and Pilates…the options are endless. It’s like having a personal trainer in your home at a fraction of the price.
If your looking to slim down and tone up, here are just a few different types of workouts that are available.
Cardio Kickboxing: Jab, punch, kick, upper cut…..This workout works your entire body from head to toe while relieving any stress and tension by using a series of martial arts moves. Don’t do this workout unless you want a full body workout that is bond to help you loose weight, tone up and make you look like the hottie you have always wanted to be.
Cardio Dance: If you have two left feet, but have always loved to move your body, this workout is perfect – your at home, you get to shake those hips and wiggle your bon bon! You know how to dance – just listen to the music, feel the beat and do what feels good, and if you can’t follow the instructor, who cares? Make up a few new moves, heck, it may be a cooler move than what your instructor is doing!
Step Aerobics: Ok, I’ll admit it, this one can be a bit tricky, but anytime you are learning something new you are bound to feel a little confused, right? It just takes time to learn the moves, but it’s a video so you can turn it on or off anytime you want. By starting with just 5 or 10 minutes a day will get you familiar with all the basic moves within a week.
Low Impact Aerobics/Jazzercise: Jane Fonda made this workout popular back in the ’70’s and it is just plain fun and so easy to follow. It’s easy on you’re knees and it’s bond to increase your energy level and make you feel like a million bucks.
Pilates and Yoga: This type of exercise is known best to reduce stress, but did you know that Yoga and Pilates can also help you think more clearly and make your muscles just feel better because they are more flexible? Pilates could be a great option for you if one of your goals is sculpting your core, which is your abs, back and butt and really, who doesn’t want a more luscious mid section anyway?
You can control the time of day you workout with exercise videos as well as the type and intensity of the exercise. What health club offers an 11pm Yoga workout? With videos, you can do it whenever you prefer. No matter what your goals and your abilities, just walk into your living room and turn on your favorite workout – what could be easier?
