Would You Kill Yourself For The Perfect Body?

has become a relatively monotonous subject that many people simply cannot help but talking about. There are millions of people that find themselves seeking out what they refer to as the perfect body, and always seem to fall short of their quest. Gyms are full of people that are both young and old in age stature, and the amount of people within the barriers of these gyms seems to be increasing at an alarming rate. People are willing to go to any lengths in order to achieve beauty, even if those lengths lead them to sudden death.

The amount of teenagers that can be located in a gym area has increased over the past ten years. It is fine for teenagers to want to stay healthy and look their best, however some teens seem to take muscle growth exercises above and beyond what they truly need to be.

When a teenager teams up with their very own personal trainer, this can actually be a good thing for them. The trainer can show them the different types of exercises that will work for their specific case and also lead them through what they should eat and not eat. However, often times the expectations of teenagers seem fairly large, and they end up hurting themselves in the process of trying to make themselves fit the examples of what the perfect body should be.

We have all seen or even been a teenager that was considered obese. The remarks that they receive from classmates are enough to make us all burst into tears. Since teenagers feel that all they want is to be accepted, they are willing to do whatever it takes in order to obtain this acceptance from everyone that comes their way.

Not only have teen suicides increased around the globe, teen has as well. In fact, it is not odd to read over reports concerning teens who put on a black helmet of some sort and attempted to jump off of a bridge or hang themselves, because they felt that they would never fit in with what society wanted them to be.

The sad thing is is something that can be fixed. However, for most teens they believe that the taunting will never end, so they opt to take their lives in order to end their sufferings. The quest for the perfect body is something that many of us will never be able to accomplish. However, this does not stop the monotonous commercials from being showcased through our television screens or the constant reminders that we are a little bit on the heavy side.

In the end all that the constant reminders of people being obese are doing is killing off our talented youth. In the end, their deaths are also going to lead to more and more adults doing the exact same thing to themselves.
