Micro Needling
Until recently Micro Needling was very costly and required you to visit a doctor; however Skin Needling has now become a regular procedure in a lot of normal house holds. The Microneedling Roller is a hand held device with lots of gama sterilized tiny needles which, {as they are rolled over the skin}, delicately separate the pores of the epidermis (top layer of skin) and activate the healing process increasing the production of collagen and elastin.
Collagen is necessary for skin to heal
Collagen and elastin are the main components in the development of stretch marks, the main cause of the occurance of skin problems including stretch marks and wrinkles is a lack of collagen and elastin in the skin, when this is replaced the skin returns to a smooth and firm state. When the skin gets damaged, such as a cut, the skin repairs itself enough to stay healthy; however the skin doesn’t cosmetically heal.
For scars, stretchmarks and face wrikles to be removed or reduced, it is impotant for the skin to have reason to restart healing itself producing more collagen and elastin, micro needling achieves this by gently opening the pores of the upper layer of skin giving the illusion of the skin being damaged and needing to be repaired. Repeating the process of Microneedling will make sure that you skin heals itself to a cosmetic level.
Is Skin Needling the best option?
Compared to other methods (and when done at home), Micro-Needling is much economic and more productive then practices such as just using creams as the skin takes in only a tiny percentage of creams applied, however when applied within an hour of using the micro-needling roller the creams are absorbed a lot better as the pores are open.
Skin Needling can be used to reduce a wide range of skin conditions; Stretch marks, Cellulite, Wrinkles, pitted skin, acne scars, surgery scars, scars, crow’s feet etc
