* Walking lunges
* Use your body weight for squats
* Jump exercises (box, squat, lunge)
* Pull-Ups (monkey bars will do)
* Mountain Climbers

You can rotate through all these exercises or you can just use a couple alternate between them.

Keep your rest periods between 10 and 30 seconds so your intensity stays high, maximizing your fat burning response.

If you do this at a fast pace, you will get a workout to die for less than 20 minutes time.

Then you can get on with your daily routine.You can gradually work into a high-intensity workout if you are not in the best shape.
